The Room Planner is run by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("MyConcept", "we"). This notice explains what information the planner keeps and why. We handle personal data in line with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
Planning without an account
You can draw a room, add furniture, see prices and send a quote without signing in. The room you draw is kept in your browser, so you can come back to it on the same device. When you share it, send a WhatsApp quote or download a PDF, we store a copy of the layout and the furniture you chose under a short link (planner.myconcept.com.hk/p/…), so that anyone you give the link to can open it. A shared plan holds no name, email or contact details, and the link cannot be guessed.
Signing in with Google
To save a room you sign in with Google. Google tells us your name and email address (and a Google account identifier, so we recognise you next time). We do not receive your Google password, contacts or any other Google data.
Saved projects
When you save, we store the room layout, the furniture you chose with its estimated prices, any notes you add, and when it was saved. Our design team can see saved projects so that they can prepare a quotation for you. A customer account keeps one project; saving again replaces it.
Quote requests
When you tap Request a quote or ask for a proposal, we keep a short record of the request (a reference such as MC-7KQ2P, a link to the plan, the number of rooms, floor area and pieces, and how you reached the planner, such as the referring website or campaign). If you are signed in, it also holds your name, email and the estimated total, so our team can follow up. The reference is added to your WhatsApp message so we can match your chat to your plan.
Anonymous usage statistics
To improve the planner we count which steps visitors take (for example: opened a template, added a
piece, viewed in 3D, requested a quote). Each browser tab gets a random identifier that is not a
cookie and is forgotten when the tab closes (the browser also remembers, without any identifier,
that it has visited before); we record the device type (phone or computer), the
language, the referring website and any campaign tag. We do not record what you type or your
address, and if you are signed in the steps are linked to your account. Statistics are deleted
after 400 days. They are not collected if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control,
and you can switch them off for this browser by running
localStorage.rpNoTrack='1' in its console.
What we use it for
- to let you come back to your room and to recognise you when you sign in;
- to prepare quotations and orders that you ask for;
- to reply to you when you contact us.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. It is shared only with the service providers that run the planner for us (hosting and database, Google sign-in, and our online store's order system when you ask for an order), which may store it outside Hong Kong.
Cookies
The planner sets one cookie, a session cookie that keeps you signed in (for up to 30 days, or until you sign out), plus a short-lived cookie during Google sign-in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. The usage statistics above use your browser's session storage, not a cookie.
How long we keep it, and deleting it
Saved projects and your account stay until you ask us to remove them, or until [RETENTION PERIOD] after your last sign-in. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by WhatsApp on +852 9210 4384 or by email at [CONTACT EMAIL]. We will reply within 40 days, as the Ordinance requires.

房間規劃師由 [公司法定名稱]（「MyConcept」、「我們」）營運。本聲明說明規劃師會保存哪些資料及其用途。 我們按照香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第 486 章）處理個人資料。
無需帳戶即可規劃
您毋須登入即可繪畫房間、加入傢俬、查看價格及傳送報價。您繪畫的房間只保存在您的瀏覽器及您自行建立的分享連結中，我們不會儲存。
以 Google 登入
如需儲存房間，請以 Google 帳戶登入。Google 會向我們提供您的姓名及電郵地址 （以及 Google 帳戶識別碼，以便下次認出您）。我們不會取得您的 Google 密碼、聯絡人或其他 Google 資料。
已儲存的項目
儲存時，我們會保存房間佈局、您所選的傢俬及其估算價格、您加入的備註及儲存時間。我們的設計團隊可查看已儲存的項目，以便為您準備報價。 客戶帳戶可保留一個項目，再次儲存會取代原有項目。
報價要求
當您按下「索取報價」或要求方案時，我們會保存一項簡短紀錄（例如 MC-7KQ2P 的參考編號、規劃連結、房間數目、面積及傢俬件數， 以及您如何來到規劃師，例如來源網站或推廣活動）。如您已登入，紀錄亦包括您的姓名、電郵及估算總額，方便團隊跟進。 參考編號會加入您的 WhatsApp 訊息，讓我們把對話與您的規劃對應。
匿名使用統計
為改善規劃師，我們會統計訪客使用的步驟（例如開啟範本、加入傢俬、以 3D 檢視、索取報價）。每個瀏覽器分頁會獲得一個隨機識別碼，
它不是 cookie，分頁關閉後即會消失（瀏覽器亦會記住曾經到訪，但不含任何識別碼）；我們亦會記錄裝置類型（手機或電腦）、語言、來源網站及推廣標籤。我們不會記錄您輸入的內容或地址；
如您已登入，有關步驟會與您的帳戶連結。統計資料會於 400 日後刪除。如您的瀏覽器發出「Do Not Track」或「Global Privacy Control」訊號，
我們不會收集；您亦可在瀏覽器主控台執行 localStorage.rpNoTrack='1' 以停用。
資料用途
- 讓您返回編輯房間，並在登入時認出您；
- 按您的要求準備報價及訂單；
- 在您聯絡我們時作出回覆。
我們不會出售您的資料，亦不會用於廣告。資料只會提供予為我們營運規劃師的服務供應商（寄存及資料庫、Google 登入，以及在您要求下單時我們網店的訂單系統）， 這些供應商或會在香港以外地方儲存資料。
Cookies
規劃師只設定一個登入工作階段 cookie，讓您保持登入（最長 30 天，或直至您登出），以及在 Google 登入過程中使用的短暫 cookie。 我們不使用任何廣告或追蹤 cookies。
保存期限及刪除
已儲存的項目及帳戶會一直保留，直至您要求刪除，或您最後一次登入後 [保存期限]。您可隨時透過 WhatsApp +852 9210 4384 或電郵 [聯絡電郵] 要求查閱、更正或刪除您的資料。 我們會按條例規定於 40 日內回覆。
