The Room Planner and the estate floor-plan pages are run by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("MyConcept", "we"). By using them you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not to trip anyone up: plan your home, share it, ask us for a quote.

What you may do

Use the planner and the floor plans for your own home or for a client you are advising, draw and furnish rooms, save them, share links to them, print or download your own plans and quotes, and show them to your family, your designer or your contractor.

What belongs to MyConcept

The floor plans as we have drawn them (traced, scaled and checked by our team), the furnished layouts and interior concepts, the 3D scenes and renders, the product styling, the texts and the planner software itself are MyConcept's copyright and other intellectual property, or used under licence. Product names, images and 3D models belong to their manufacturers and are used with their permission or under their dealer terms.

What you may not do

• Copy, scrape, harvest or download the floor plans, layouts, catalogue data or prices in bulk, by hand or by any automated means (bots, crawlers, scripts, headless browsers), or try to get around the limits we put on access;
• Reuse our floor plans, layouts, renders or catalogue data in another product, website, app, listing or dataset, or to train or build another planner or model, without our written permission;
• Embed or hot-link our 3D models, textures or pages from another site;
• Interfere with the planner, overload it, or probe it for weaknesses.

Search engines may index the estate pages as usual (see robots.txt). If you would like to use our plans or data in another way, ask us: we are happy to talk.

Floor plans

The estate floor plans are our own drawings, traced from plans provided by estate agents (Centaline Property and Midland Realty) and used with their permission, for furnishing ideas only. Areas and dimensions are approximate and are not the developer's saleable area. Check the measurements of your own flat before you order anything made to size. We are not affiliated with the developers or the management of the estates.

Prices and quotes

Prices shown in the planner are estimates. A quote is confirmed only when our design team has checked the plan, the sizes, the finishes and availability, and sent it to you; prices, lead times and availability can change until then. Nothing in the planner is an offer to sell.

Your plans

The rooms you draw are yours to use. When you share a plan or ask for a quote, you let us store it and show it to whoever has the link, and use it to prepare your quote. How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy notice.

No guarantees

We work to keep the planner accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it is free of errors or always online. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from relying on a plan, a measurement or an estimate without having it confirmed.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If a rule here is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

您可以

為自己的家或您所協助的客戶使用規劃師及平面圖；繪畫及佈置房間、儲存及分享連結；列印或下載您自己的設計及報價， 並與家人、設計師或承建商分享。

屬於 MyConcept 的內容

我們繪畫的平面圖（由我們的團隊描繪、按比例調整及核對）、已佈置的間隔及室內設計概念、3D 場景及渲染圖、產品搭配、 文字內容及規劃師軟件本身，均屬 MyConcept 的版權及其他知識產權，或經授權使用。產品名稱、圖片及 3D 模型屬其製造商所有， 經其許可或按經銷條款使用。

您不可以

• 以人手或任何自動方式（機械人、爬蟲、程式、無頭瀏覽器）大量複製、擷取、收集或下載平面圖、間隔、目錄資料或價格， 或試圖繞過我們設定的存取限制；
• 未經我們書面許可，將我們的平面圖、間隔、渲染圖或目錄資料用於其他產品、網站、應用程式、放盤資料或數據集， 或用以訓練或建立其他規劃工具或模型；
• 在其他網站嵌入或盜鏈我們的 3D 模型、材質或網頁；
• 干擾規劃師運作、令其超出負荷，或探測其漏洞。

搜尋引擎可如常索引屋苑網頁（見 robots.txt）。如欲以其他方式使用我們的平面圖或資料，歡迎聯絡我們商討。

平面圖

屋苑平面圖為我們自行描繪，依據地產代理（中原地產及美聯物業）提供並經其許可使用的圖則，僅供佈置參考。 面積及尺寸為約數，並非發展商公佈的實用面積。訂造任何度身傢俬前，請先量度您單位的實際尺寸。 我們與各屋苑的發展商及管理公司並無關連。

價格及報價

規劃師顯示的價格為估算。報價須由我們的設計團隊核對設計、尺寸、物料及供貨情況並發送予您後，方作確認； 在此之前，價格、交貨期及供應或會變更。規劃師內的任何內容均不構成出售要約。

您的設計

您繪畫的房間由您使用。當您分享設計或索取報價，即允許我們儲存該設計、向持有連結的人士顯示，並用以準備報價。 我們如何處理個人資料，請參閱私隱政策。

免責

我們致力保持規劃師準確及運作正常，但規劃師按現況提供，我們不能保證完全無誤或時刻可用。 在法律容許的範圍內，對於未經確認便依賴平面圖、尺寸或估價而引致的損失，我們概不負責。

修訂及適用法律

我們可能更新本條款，以上日期為最新版本。本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。如任何條文被裁定無法執行，其餘條文仍然有效。
